    Terms and Conditions

    Course Fees: Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received in full or a valid Purchase Order (PO) number is submitted and confirmed. Students will be placed on a waiting list if their registration form does not include payment information.

    Method of Payment: Payment must be made with one of the following:

    1. Credit Card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard)
    2. Purchase Order (a copy must be received by Saber Power in order to complete your registration)
    3. Check in the full amount in U.S. Dollars payable to Saber Power LLC.

    Confirmation: Written confirmation of receipt of registration will be emailed directly to students and/or the individual registering them no later than 1 business day after receipt of registration form. If you have not received a confirmation within 1 business day, please contact Saber Power. An additional email, serving as a reminder for course attendance, will be sent within approximately 2-5 business days prior to the date of the course, and will include directions to our location, class times, etc., and can include local lodging information upon request.

    PLEASE CALL IF REGISTERING LESS THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS DATE.

    DO NOT MAKE ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED.

    All travel, lodging and food expenses are the responsibility of the student. Students should not make travel arrangements less than two hours after class is scheduled to end unless cleared by the Saber Power, LLC, Training Director.

    Cancellations: Course cancellations must be received in writing not less than 10 business days prior to the course start date or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you upon cancellation.

    Rescheduling: Reschedule requests must be received in writing not less than 10 business days prior to the course start date or a 25% reschedule fee will be charged. Reschedule requests made less than 10 business days before the course start date will be charged a 50% reschedule fee.

    Substitutions: Substitution of students may be made at any time for the same course at no additional charge. To avoid confusion please submit substitutions to Saber Power as early as possible. Approved substitutions will be subject to stated cancellation and rescheduling policy.

    Disenrollments/Withdrawals: If a student is required to withdraw because of illness or family emergency, a written notification must be received by Saber Power. Every effort will be made to reschedule the student subject to Saber’s reschedule policy and class availability. Students may be disenrolled at any time after the start of the class at the discretion of Saber Power. Reasons for disenrollment include but are not limited to: misconduct, disruptive behavior, absenteeism, tardiness, possession of illegal substances, intoxication, or violation of Saber’s safety policies. If a student is disenrolled for cause, the student will not be rescheduled, and the payment will not be refunded.

    Class Cancellations and Changes: We reserve the right to cancel any class or make other changes in course content, schedule, pricing, or facilities. Every effort will be made to provide notification of any class cancellation and/or other changes at least 2 weeks before the course. However, with the uncertainty of COVID-19, this may not always be the case.

    Certificates of Completion: Students are required to demonstrate proficiency in hands-on tasks and achieve a passing score on the final exam to receive a certificate of completion. If a student fails to meet the course requirements, a certificate of attendance may be issued in lieu of a certificate of completion at the discretion of the Training Director.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saber Power expressly excludes any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or others in connection with our class or the information obtained therefrom, including without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Saber Power shall not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any other class participant or user, including you. As a participant in the class, you agree that you are using your own judgment in using the information obtained, derived or communicated to you (whether written, verbal or visual) and you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Such class and information are for informational and educational purposes only. You agree and understand that you assume all risks and no results are guaranteed in any way related to or arising from your participation in the class. Such class is merely to provide you with education and tools to help you make your own decisions for yourself. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions and results based on the use, misuse or non-use of all information obtained therefrom.

    Confidentiality: You agree that during and following the term of this Agreement, you and your employees, personnel and representatives may be exposed to information and materials of Saber Power which are extremely confidential, privileged, and proprietary in nature involving the disclosing of Saber Power’s operations, financial matters, and other sensitive issues. By entering into this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and agree that any and all information and materials, which you and/or its representatives may receive from Saber Power shall remain confidential, privileged and proprietary during the term of this Agreement. The confidentiality obligations set forth herein shall continue to be in full force and effect following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
